Mera Amphu Laptsa is one of the challenging pass. This trek is very interesting for enjoyment with the walking through the famous Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar and on to the Tengboche Buddhist Monastery, and with its panoramic view of Everest to 8848m, Cho Oyu to 8152m, Lhotse to 8516m, Makalu to 8463m and Ama Dablam to 6456m.

The trek Mera to Amphu Laptsa through wilder upper hinku valley. It holds the views of Himalayas and hearty scenery of lakes Hunku lakes and Panch Pokhari lakes. Amphu Laptsa/Mingbo La is to be passed technically to Chukkung Valley.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 03: Flight to Lukla,night in Lukla.
Day 04: Departure form Lukla to Chutanga .
Day 05: Trek from Chutanga to Chetera La 4580m.
Day 06: Trek from Chhetera la to Kotte .
Day 07: Trek from Kotte to Thangna .
Day 08: Rest day at thangna & acclimatisation.
Day 09: Trek from Thangna to Khare .
Day 10: Trek from Khare to Mera Base Camp.
Day 11: Climbing from Mera Base Camp to Mera first Camp.
Day 12: Mera summit and Climbing down to Base Camp.
Day 13: Mera Base Camp to Honku valley- Hunku Khola (4900m) in 5h.
Day 14: Hunku Khola to Hunku Pokhari 5350m / Panch Pokharis 5 h .
Day 15: Rest day in Panch Pokhari and observation around.
Day 16: Trek Amphu Laptsa Base camp 5600m.
Day 17: The day climbing and descending the pass 5780m technically to Chukkung.
Day 19: Chhukkung rest preparing for climbing.
Day 20: Island High camp.
Day 22: Descend to Chhukkung.
Day 23: Trek toTengboche.
Day 24: Trek to Namche.
Day 25: Trek to Lukla.
Day 26: Fly to Kathmandu.
Day 27: Free day in Kathmandu .
Day 28: Free day in Kathmandu .
Day 29: Transfer to Airport.
