Manaslu Annapurna Circuit Trek is harduous trek and require a good experience of trek and a good physical condition. The trek ascends through Budi Gandaki river to Larkya La Pass 5213m with attractive views of Himalchuli, Manaslu 8118m, Ganesh Himal and other mountains, beautiful varied landscape and different flora and fauna.
The route crosses rivers, villages, forest and glacier. After Larkya La enters into Annapurna.
Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport and hotel transfer.
Day 2. Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 3. Departure by bus to Ghorkha (1143m).
Day 4. Gorkha to Baluwa (1000m).
Day 5. Baluwa to Barpak (2000m).
Day 6. Barpak to Laprak (2200m).
Day 7. Laprak to Khorla Bensi (970m).
Day 8. Khorla Bensi to Jagat (1370m).
Day 9. Jagat to Ngyak (2250m).
Day 10. Ngyak to Ghap (3000m).
Day 11. Ghap to Sho (3000m).
Day 12. Sho to Sama Gaon (3000m / 7h).
Day 13. Samagaon to Samdo (3690m / 3h).
Day 14. Rest day at Samdo.
Day 15. Samdo to Dharamsala (High Camp) (4335m).
Day 16. Dharamsala to Bhimtang via the Larkya.
Day 17. Bimthang to Tilje (2300m).
Day 18. Tilje to Chame 2713m.
Day 19. Chame to Pisang 3165m.
Day 20. Pisang to Manang 3351.
Day 21. Rest day at Manang.
Day 22. Manang to Thorong Phedi 4420m.
Day 23. Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m) through the neck Thorong La 5416m.
Day 24. Muktinath to Jomsom 2760m.
Day 25. Jomsom to Pokhara.
Day 26. Pokhara to Kathmandu in tourist bus.
Day 27. Kathmandu free day.
Day 28. Transfer to the airport.
