Round Dhaulagiri Trekking

Round Dhaulagiri trekking is one of the most adventurous,interesting and challenging trekking in Nepal.This trek is wildest, most remote and breathtaking.Trekking in this area is relatively strenuous and needs some high altitude trekking experiences.The trail crosses Myagdi Glacier, Dhaulagiri Base Camp, French pass to hidden snow valley then after Thapa or Dhampus pass towards Jomsom and Muktinath.

A hidden snow valley (after crossing French pass) gives you a heavenly taste of white world.French and Thapa passes are simply sensational for the everlasting memories being in Nepal.Kali Gandaki Gorge (deepest in the world) separate the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna range. Sceneries from this route are the massive of Dhaulagiris and Annapurnas.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, reception at the airport and transfer to hotel, night in hotel.
Day 02: Guided sight seeing in Kathmandu valley.
Day 03: Departure in bus to Beni.
Day 04: Beni to Babichaur (950m).
Day 05: Babichaur to Dharapani (1700m).
Day 06: Dharapani to Muri (1850 m).
Day 07: Muri to Boghara (1850).
Day 08: Boghara to Dobang (2600).
Day 09: Dobang to Choriban (3100m).
Day 10: Choriban to Pakaban (3600).
Day 11: Rest Day and observation around.
Day 12: Pokaban to Dhaulagiri Base Camp(4740m ).
Day 13: Rest Day and walking around.
Day 14: Daulagiri Base Camp (Via. French pass 5360 m ) to Hidden valley 5050 m.
Day 15: Hidden valley via Thapa pass 5258m to Yak Kharka (3700m).
Day 16: Yak Kharka to Marpha (2670m).
Day 17: Marpha to Lete (2480m).
Day 18: Lete to Tatopani (1100).
Day 19: Tatopani to Ghorepani (2850).
Day 20: Ghorepani to Ghandrung (Via Poon Hill).
Day 21: Ghandrung to Pokhara.
Day 22: Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Day 23: Kathmandu day free.
Day 24: Kathmandu day free.
Day 25: Transfer to Airport.
