Nar Phu valley trekking is opened for the tourists since 2003 AD, which takes  you to one of the  remote area of Nepal densely populated by Nepalese Tibetans who depend on livestock. Trekking to this exotic land offers medieval Tibetan culture in natural form, dramatic mountains view and great alpine sceneries. Nar Phu valley treks start from Koto,the world popular trekking routes Annapurna Circuits trail and branch off from Koto to follow the off the beaten track to Nar Phu Valley in the north of Manang and pass the Kang La pass with magnificent panorama of Annapurna massifs . The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and 3 other Bhotia villages in the Neyshang valley. Especially Nar Phu Valley Trek is popular as non touristic destination and also rich in typical cultural heritage.

Trip Itinerary

D01: Arrival and reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel. 
D02: Sight Seeing Kathmandu Durbar square, Swayambhunath and Patan. 
D03: Departure from Kathmandu in the morning to Bulbule. 
D04: Bulbule to Koto 2650m .
D05: Koto to Dharmasala 3230m camp.
D06: Dharmasala to Kyang 3910m camp.
D07: Kyang to Nargoan 4245m camp.
D08: Nargoan to Ngawal 3730m via Kang La 5350m.
D09: Ngawal to Manang Village-3700m (6 hr).
D10: Manang rest day.
D11: Manang to Thorong Phedi-4500m (4-5 hr).
D12: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath-3798m crossing over the Thorong-La Pass-5416m. The day waking up early in the morning around 3-4 o'clock according to guide's instruction. This is because of the wind over the pass.
D13: Muktinath to Jomsom.
D14: Jomsom to Pokhara.
D15: Pokhara to Kathmandu.
D16: Transfer to Airport.
