Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Paro (By Druk Air flight): (Visit Paro): Visit Ta Dzong, Paro Dzong Rimpung, Enroute visit Kichu Lhakhang monastery and afternoon visit Drukgyal Dzong and Dinner and overnight hotel in Paro.

Day 02. Paro to Thimphu (visit Thimpu): after breakfast excursion to Taktsang Monastery. TaktsangMonastery, departure for Satsam Chorten and one hour walk to the view of the monastery. After breakfast depart for Thimphu and visit the National Memorial Chorten (1974) and visit Dupthop Lhakhang Monastery and Changkha. Departure for Mini Zoo and Sangay gang view point (2685 meter) from where one can see the Thimpu valley. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 03. Thimphu (Sightseeing) - Paro: After breakfast, visit National Library, Painting School and raditional Medicine Institute. After lunch visit Folk Heritage Museum and Handicraft Emporium. After lunch excursion to Tango Monastery. In the afternoon visit Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04. Thimphu -Visit Punakha: After breakfast depart for Punakha via Dochula Pass, visit Punakha Dzong, in the afternoon excursion to Chimi Lhakhang, "Salvation through sex"), "The Temple of Fertility" .. dinner and overnight at the hotel in Punakha.

Day 05. Punakha - Wangduephodrang (Visits) - Paro: After breakfast depart for Wangdue Dzong and visit Wangdiphodrang. After breakfast depart for Paro. Dinner night at the hotel in Paro.

Day 06. Departure-Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
